WASHINGTON, DC -- Two leaders of the Committee on Energy and Commerce sent a letter on Friday, June 15, to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), a U.S. Department of Commerce bureau, to encourage a study on the use of telecommunications to commit hate crimes.
